last week was my niece tias high school graduation. i cant believe she is already starting college, seems like yesterday she was just a baby. so proud of the young lady she has become, she graduated in her schools international baccalaureat program and starts as a freshman at ucla next fall, we are all so excited for her!

this past saturday was doms graduation from the university of phoenix with a degree in business. i gotta give her a lot of credit because going back to school as a working adult with a family (4 kids!) is REALLY tough... but she did it and we are all so proud of her!

last but definitely not least is my sister kyrs. after years (and i mean YEARS) of schooling she has finally earned her degree of PhD in clinical psychology! this girl has worked SO hard and has sacrificed so much, but it is all paying off because she is now dr. kyrs!!!

a few family photos from this past weekend, the first one missing nelson, and the second one missing my dad

this past weekends graduation festivities also coincided with fathers day. i hope all of the great dads out there had an awesome one! was glad to spend some time with my pops this weekend. he is one hilarious guy, and loves his kids and grand kids so much!

i am definitely feeling blessed this fathers day. the good Lord has given me the best family i could ever want. our newest addition, ava, has been a lot of work but so much fun. i cant wait to see her grow and develop her own personality. shes not so good at taking photos yet!

aiden is such a funny little kid. i love him at this age, so cute when they are just learning how to talk. he is definitely a handful though. he is a really sweet kid, and loves his little sister so much. he is always asking to hug and kiss her... but remembers to always ask us if his hands are clean enough to touch her hahaha

me and the kids fathers day morning

theres no way i could do everything that i do without my wife nanci. she is the best wife and mother i could imagine. its definitely tough working a full software gig, and still work so many nights and weekends as a dj, sound engineer, and musician... just trying to make some extra cash for us. she is definitely a trooper, spending so many nights with both kids while im at my gigs, which is definitely NOT easy at their ages! she supports all of the crazy things that i do without complaint, which allows me to not only pursue my many passions in life, but allows me to earn extra income that really makes it easier for us to afford extras here and there, eat out, and see the world.
speaking of seeing the world, we leave for fiji next month and will be off the radar for 2 weeks. we are so excited to get away for our first time as a family of 4... maybe a little nervous too though! had to jump through some hoops to get avas passport in time since she didnt have a birth certificate of social security number yet, but nanci was persistent and made it happen. on top of that, this passport photo was NOT easy to take but came out so funny!

looking forward to this next adventure for our family. will be nice to relax, and be somewhere where aiden will actually enjoy himself (dont think he was too excited about the eiffel tower or the colloseum). ill definitely be posting plenty of photos and videos from that trip, gonna be so fun we cant wait!
